Abstract

Learning has a very important role in education, one of which is formal education in elementary schools. The importance of learning models and interesting learning media will make students train students in solving a problem and developing logical reasoning and critical thinking. Flipbook media is a learning media used as student teaching materials that have the same appearance as books but in digital form. Project Based Flipped Classroom research with Flipbook media was conducted at SDN Sukorejo 01, Saradan District, Madiun Regency. This study uses a type of research, namely quantitative research with a pre-experimental approach, one group pre-test and post-test. Research data were collected using multiple choice tests given 2 times, namely pretest and posttest. the population of this study was 30 students. The sampling technique of this study was using saturated samples. The data analysis technique used a paired sample t test. Based on the results of the study, there is an effectiveness of PjBFC with Flipbook media on the critical thinking skills of fourth grade students of SDN Sukorejo 01. This is evidenced by the calculated t value > t table, which is 2.045 > 1.697. In addition, the results of the calculation of the mean pretest data obtained 60 while the mean posttest was 82. The results of these data show that the value of the posttest (after treatment) is higher than the pretest (before treatment).
