Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the quality of the Ngraket Village Government website in Ponorogo and its use by the local community. Even though this village already has a website, many residents are not yet familiar with the internet, so its use is still limited. This research will assess whether the website meets user needs by focusing on user experience, information quality, and the system used by the website. Data will be collected through an online survey involving village residents, the Community Information Group (KIM), and village government officials. The aim of this research is to make village websites easier to use and more useful for all levels of society. It is hoped that the results of this research can help village governments improve the quality of their websites, so that they are more effective in conveying information and services to the community. Apart from that, it is also hoped that this research will provide insight for other website owners on how to improve the quality of their websites to make them more user-friendly and informative. In this way, the village website can become a more useful tool in supporting the daily lives of the Ngraket community. Keywords – components; Website, Webqual, Ngraket Village Government
