Abstract

KH. Muhammad Idris is an Islamic education figure in Tempurejo Hamlet, Tempuran Village, Ngawi Regency. The figure of KH Muhammad Idris can be an example of educational values for students and educators of Madrasah Aliyah Fie Sabilil Muttaqien Tempurejo. One form of implementation of educational values of KH. Muhammad Idris in Madrasah Aliyah Fie Sabilil Muttaqien Tempurejo is Learning Kitab Kuning Aqidatul Awam. This study aims to reveal the educational values of KH. Muhammad Idris through his life history and learning the yellow book Aqidatul Awam at Madrasah Aliyah Fie Sabilil Muttaqien Tempurejo. The method used in this research is using qualitative research with phenomenological approach. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, interviews, and document analysis. The results of this study indicate that the educational values of KH Muhammad Idris in learning the yellow book of Aqidatul Awam are the spirit of gaining knowledge and practicing it, independence, sincerity and sincerity, generosity, and careful or careful in carrying out Islamic religious law. The conclusion of this research is that the educational values of KH Muhammad Idris can be applied in learning the yellow book of Aqidatul Awam, especially to shape the character of Madrasah Aliyah Fie Sabilil Muttaqien Tempurejo students.
