Abstract

Warurejo Village does not yet have an integrated digital information system as an official medium for disseminating village information. As a result, information dissemination still relies on Whatsapp groups, public access to documents such as the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBDes), Village Medium-Term Development Plan (RPJMDes), and Village Government Work Plan (RKPDes) remains limited, and there is no centralized platform for public complaints and public inquiries. These conditions reduce the effectiveness of information dissemination and limit community participation in public services. This study aims to design and develop a web-based Warurejo Village Profile Information System as a public service platform, implement the Laravel framework in its development, and evaluate the system's feasibility using Black Box Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). The system was developed using the Prototype method, which consists of the Communication, Quick Plan, Modeling Quick Design, Construction of Prototype, and Deployment, Delivery and Feedback phases. The application was built using Laravel 12 with the Model-View-Controller (MVC) architecture, PHP programming language, and MySQL database management system. It provides eight main features: Village Profile, Village News, Village Potentials, Village Documentation, APBDes Transparency, RPJMDes Transparency, RKPDes Transparency, and a Public Complaint and Public Question-and-Answer Forum. Black Box Testing achieved an 83.33% success rate, with 50 out of 60 test cases declared valid. Furthermore, the UAT results involving 27 respondents obtained an average score of 91.41%, which falls into the Very Good category. Therefore, the system is considered feasible to be implemented as the official public service platform for Warurejo Village.
