Abstract
The problem found at SDN Genilangit 1 is the use of learning media that is less varied and interesting. In the learning process, teachers usually only use learning media in the form of PowerPoint or learning videos inconsistently. The PowerPoint used also does not use animations that can attract students' attention. This causes students to be uninterested and quickly feel bored with learning. The objectives of the research conducted on Smart Tutorial learning media based on Google Sites in Indonesian language learning are as follows: 1) to see the conditions and needs of learning media, especially in Indonesian language lessons, 2) to develop Smart Tutorial media based on Google Sites, 3) to determine whether Smart Tutorial media based on Google Sites in Indonesian language learning for fourth grade elementary school procedural text material is feasible to use. The research uses a Research and Development (R&D) approach with the ADDIE model which includes the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. The research subjects were fourth grade students of SDN Genilangit 1 Magetan Regency. The research instruments included observation, interviews, documentation, and validation questionnaires. The results of the study proved that the developed media received an average expert validation percentage of 85%, the teacher response questionnaire received a percentage of 86% and the student response questionnaire received an average percentage of 95%. Smart Tutorial media contains materials, learning videos, interactive quizzes, LKPD, and easy-to use navigation features. The use of this media can increase student interest, motivation, and involvement in learning Indonesian. Based on the results of validation and trials, the Google Sites-based Smart Tutorial media is declared suitable for use as a learning medium for procedural text material for grade IV elementary schools.
