Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of environmental performance and Intellectual capital on company value with Green Innovation as a moderating variable. The population of this research is 96 Basic Material companies registered on the IDX. The number of samples in this research is 84 companies which were determined using purposive sampling. The research method used is a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) using the SPSS 24 program. The research results show that environmental performance has no effect on company value, intellectual capital has an effect on company value, Green innovation cannot moderate the effect of environmental performance on company value, Green innovation cannot moderate the effect of intellectual capital on company value.
