Abstract
The aim of this study is to analyze the influence of compensation, self-esteem, and work environment towards job applicant interest in Ngawi Regency. The population used in this study was the working-age population in Ngawi Regency. The number of respondents was 384, using the Roa Purba formula because the exact number of working-age residents in Ngawi Regency was unknown. The research method used was quantitative. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire distributed online via Google Forms. Data analysis was conducted using SPSS version 25 software. The research instrument was tested using validity and reliability tests, classical assumption tests (including normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and multiple linear regression), and hypothesis testing using t-tests, simultaneous tests, and coefficient of determination tests.
