Abstract
This study aims to analyze the influence of work overload, work environment, and job satisfaction towards turnover intention among employees at Waroeng Steak Bledek Sambirejo, Madiun Regency. This study used a quantitative approach with a survey method. The study population was all 37 employees at Waroeng Steak Bledek Sambirejo, and the entire population served as a sample (saturated sample). Primary data were collected using a Likert-scale questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using multiple linear regression with SPSS 25 software, after testing for validity, reliability, normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity. The results show that work overload has a positive and significant effect towards turnover intention. The higher the workload perceived by employees, the greater their desire to leave the company. The work environment has a negative and significant effect towards turnover intention. A non-conducive work environment can increase employee intention to leave. Job satisfaction has a negative and significant effect towards turnover intention. The lower an employee's job satisfaction, the more likely they are to leave the company.
