Abstract

This study focused on conventional banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) that implement sustainability concepts. The objective is to determine whether these banking companies have good corporate value. Profitability was used as the moderating variable, while green finance and capital structure, as listed on the IDX for the 2020-2024 period, were the independent variables. The research was quantitative. The sample size for this study consisted of 215 companies representing 43 companies in the banking sector. SPSS 25 software was used as the analytical tool. Purposive sampling was used for the sampling procedure. Secondary data (published data) collected from annual financial reports and company sustainability reports served as the data collection method. The results indicate that green finance has no significant effect towards firm value. Meanwhile, capital structure has a significant effect towards firm value. Profitability has also been shown to moderate the influence of green finance and capital structure towards firm value. Keywords: Green Finance, Capital Structure, Firm Value, Profitability.
