The approach used is descriptive quantitative research. In descriptive qualitative research is interpreting and telling information related to the existing atmosphere, behavior and thoughts, conflicting conditions or more, bonds between variables. The results of research related to the problems that arise in the application of PBL learning models: (1) Using the PBL learning model, there are obstacles, namely: (a) the ability of teachers to understand and apply the model in learning; b) Incompatibility of model selection with material characteristics; (c) students are less active in responding to discussions, (d) students lack ideas, (e) students lack confidence in expressing opinions. Besides that, the constraints of the PBL learning model are: (1) teachers are not used to managing the class by applying the PBL learning model so that when applying the learning model the teacher has difficulty monitoring student cooperation; (2) students are not used to studying in groups so that the class is not conducive, this can be seen when the selection of group members, students are still choosing friends so that it takes up a lot of time; (3) students are not used to being actively involved in learning so that teachers must always motivate students; and (d) facilities and infrastructure that do not support the learning process; (2) the results of the Student Learning Test in the Implementation of Indonesian Language Learning, if the mastery level of learning or the Indonesian language KKM for theme 2 sub-theme 2, in class VI SD Negeri Palur 01, Kebonsari District, Madiun Regency is set at 75, then students who have not completed their studies are as many as 2 students or 11.11% (scoring < KKM), while 16 students who finished studying or 88.89% (scoring > KKM).
