Abstract

LPK Orieda is a vocational training institution that focuses on Japanese language training and job placement abroad. However, the dissemination of information and the registration process are still carried out manually, such as distributing brochures and using Google Forms. Therefore, this research aims to design and develop a web-based information and registration system using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method to improve services at LPK Orieda. The RAD method consists of three main phases: requirement planning, workshop design, and implementation. The system was developed using the Laravel framework and tested using the Black Box Testing method to ensure that all functions operate according to user requirements. Additionally, a usability evaluation was conducted using the System Usability Scale (SUS) to assess user comfort and ease of use. The test results showed that all features of the system functioned properly without errors, and the SUS evaluation score reached 81.15, which falls under the "Excellent" category and is considered highly usable. The system provides features such as a web profile, online registration, participant data management, and document uploads, all integrated into one digital platform.
