Abstract

UPT BLK Madiun previously used a manual system for recording training participant data, namely by recording it in the ledger and then resuming it to a spreadsheet. The certificate issuance process is also done manually using Canva, which is time-consuming and error-prone. This research aims to develop a website based information system to facilitate the digital management of participant data and training certificates. The development method used is Waterfall, including the analysis stage, designing using Data Flow Diagram (DFD) and Entity Relationship Diagram (ERD), implementation, and testing. The system is built using the PHP programming language with the Laravel framework and MySQL as the database system. The results of the development show that the system is able to record participant data, manage training schedules, print certificates automatically, and produce reports in PDF and Excel formats. The test is carried out using the black box method to ensure that each feature runs according to its function. With this system, the administrative process becomes more optimal without the need for manual recaps. This system is expected to be able to improve the performance and professionalism of UPT BLK Madiun in providing job training services to the community in a more modern and structured manner.
