Abstract
ABSTRACT Kenny March Adityaloppa. 2005101025. Implementation of Scrum Method in Making Custom Motorcycle Ordering Application at Website-Based DiamondRust13 Magetan Workshop. Thesis: Informatics Engineering Study Program, Faculty of Engineering, PGRI Madiun University. This research aims to (1) design an efficient information system with the Scrum method to optimally support services and data management at the Diamondrust13 Workshop; (2) apply the Scrum method in the development of ordering applications at the Diamondrust13 Workshop to create a structured, flexible, and appropriate work process; (3) Improve development efficiency, feature accuracy, and digital service quality in the Diamondrust13 Workshop ordering application. In order to achieve the objectives of this study, researchers used qualitative type research, which prioritizes data quality over the amount of data. The data in this study are the DiamondRust13 Magetan workshop and various information related to the research topic. Then the data is used by the author as an object of research that is developed into a custom motorcycle ordering application. The result of this research is a website-based custom motorcycle booking application. This application was created with the aim of increasing the effectiveness of the workshop in managing custom motorcycle orders. This application can only be accessed by owners and employees who work in the workshop. This custom motorcycle ordering application was created using the scrum method which includes product backlog, sprint planning, sprint implementation, feature testing and evaluation, and reflection and process improvement.
