Sovia Eka Crystiani. 2025. The Effect of Interpersonal Communication, Organizational Culture, and Job Satisfaction on Organizational Commitment at PT Era Maju Abadi Madiun City. Thesis. Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, PGRI Madiun University. Supervisor (I) Dr. Karuniawati Hasanah, S.E., M.M., Supervisor (II) Robby Sandhi Dessyarti, S.E., M.M. This study analyzes the effect of interpersonal communication, organizational culture, and job satisfaction on organizational commitment in employees of PT Era Maju Abadi in Madiun City. Low organizational commitment marked by high employee turnover and suboptimal achievement of work targets is the background of this study. Using a quantitative method with a survey approach, data were collected through questionnaires from 76 employees and analyzed by multiple linear regression using SPSS version 22. The results showed that interpersonal communication and job satisfaction had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, while organizational culture had no significant effect. Therefore, companies are advised to increase communication effectiveness, improve job satisfaction factors, and re-evaluate organizational culture to better support employee engagement.
