Abstract

Currently, Satpol PP and Damkar of Madiun City still use a semi-manual performance reporting system with Microsoft Word and Excel. This system has several limitations, such as inefficient data processing, risk of input errors, and difficulty in searching and archiving data. To overcome these problems, it is necessary to develop a more integrated and efficient web-based performance reporting system. In this study, the research method used is the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method. This method has 3 stages of planning, RAD design workshop, and implementation. The results of this study are a web-based performance reporting system at Satpol PP and Damkar of Madiun City. The conclusion in this study is that with this website, it makes it easier for employees to make performance reports. In addition, this system can also be accessed online.
