The Influence of Entrepreneurial Mindset, Human Resource Competence, and Self-Efficacy on Enhancing Entrepreneurial Motivation (A Study of University Students Running MSMEs in Madiun). Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas PGRI Madiun. Supervisor I: Dr. Liliek Nur Sulistiyowati, S.E., M.M.; Supervisor II: Robby Sandhi Dessyarti, S.E., M.M. Entrepreneurial motivation is an internal drive and spirit—characterized by persistent effort and the conviction that one's business activities will yield greater benefits and success in the future. According cited Susanti, 2024, entrepreneurial motivation is an individual's strong desire to engage in economic activities, create added value, and develop personal potential to achieve desired goals. This study employs a quantitative approach. The population consists of all university students running Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) who reside or operate businesses in the Madiun area. Data were collected via questionnaires and subsequently analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The research results demonstrate that: (1) Entrepreneurial mindset plays a positive and significant role in enhancing entrepreneurial motivation among university students running MSMEs in Madiun; (2) Human resource competence plays a positive and significant role in enhancing entrepreneurial motivation among university students running MSMEs in Madiun; (3) Self-efficacy plays a positive and significant role in enhancing entrepreneurial motivation among university students running MSMEs in Madiun; and (4) Collectively, these three variables play a highly significant and strong role in explaining the enhancement of entrepreneurial motivation.
