Abstract

Manual financial management in the multi-outlet operations of UD Berkah Ayam is considered inefficient, prone to data errors, and hinders timely decision-making. This study aims to design and develop an integrated, web -based Multi-Outlet Financial Management Information System. Using the Research and Development (R&D) method and the Agile Development model, data was collected through observation, interviews, and documentation. This system was built using the Laravel framework and a MySQL database, and was then evaluated through black-box testing. The results of the study show that the system successfully integrates user data, outlet management, purchase transactions, deposits, operating costs, and profit and loss reporting. Black-box testing confirmed that all features function optimally, proving the system’s effectiveness in improving financial management efficiency at UD Berkah Ayam .
