Abstract

Novita Sari. 2026. The Effect of Capital Intensity, Dividend Policy, and Free Cash Flow on Firm Value with Institutional Ownership as a Moderating Variable (An Empirical Study of Food & Beverage Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2021–2025). Final Project, Accounting Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, UNIVERSITAS PGRI MADIUN. Advisors: (I) Moh. Ubaidillah, S.Pd., M.Si., CSRA; (II) Heidy Paramitha Devi, S.Pd., M.Si., CSRS. This study aims to analyze the effect of capital intensity, dividend policy, and free cash flow on firm value, with institutional ownership as a moderating variable in Food & Beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2021 to 2025. This study employs a quantitative approach with an associative research design. Secondary data were obtained from annual reports and financial statements and analyzed using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results indicate that capital intensity has a positive and significant effect on firm value, while dividend policy and free cash flow have significant negative effects on firm value. Furthermore, institutional ownership is unable to moderate the effects of capital intensity, dividend policy, or free cash flow on firm value. Keywords: capital intensity, dividend policy, free cash flow, institutional ownership, firm value.
