Abstract
This study aimed to improve the cooperation and concentration skills of Group B children at TK Siwi Peni Oro-Oro Ombo through angklung music play activities. The research was motivated by children's low ability to cooperate with peers, follow instructions, maintain attention, and complete learning activities effectively. This study employed Classroom Action Research (CAR) consisting of two cycles, including planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data were collected through observation, documentation, and performance assessment, then analyzed using descriptive quantitative and qualitative techniques. The findings revealed that angklung music play activities effectively improved children's cooperation and concentration skills. The percentage of cooperation achievement increased from 20% in the pre-cycle to 60% in Cycle I and reached 100% in Cycle II. Likewise, children's concentration improved from 0% in the pre-cycle to 73.33% in Cycle I and reached 100% in Cycle II. These findings indicate that angklung music play creates an active, enjoyable, and collaborative learning environment, enabling children to develop better cooperation and concentration skills and successfully achieve the predetermined learning indicators.
