Abstract
ABSTRACT Tegar Prabu Firmansyah Gibran. 2026. The Influence of Perceived Leadership Style and Organizational Climate on Organizational Citizenship Behavior: A Case Study at the Financial Agency of Ngawi Regency. Undergraduate Thesis, Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas PGRI Madiun. Advisor (I) Dr. Karuniawati Hasanah, S.E., M.M., Advisor (II) Rollis Ayu Ditasari, S.E., M.Ak. This study aims to analyze the influence of Leadership Style and Organizational Climate on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) among employees of the Financial Agency of Ngawi Regency (Badan Keuangan Kabupaten Ngawi). The population in this study consisted of all employees at the Financial Agency of Ngawi Regency, with the sampling technique utilizing the Total Sampling/Census method involving 80 (EIGHTY) respondents. The data analysis method used was multiple linear regression analysis via SPSS software. The results of the study indicate that: (1) Leadership Style partially has no significant effect on OCB at the Financial Agency of Ngawi Regency. This indicates that employees' voluntary behavior is more dominated by professional independence factors rather than managerial direction. (2) Organizational Climate has a positive and significant effect on OCB. This proves that a conducive and harmonious work environment is the main driving force in increasing employees' extra-role contribution behavior. The Coefficient of Determination (R2) value shows that the independent variables in this study are able to explain the OCB variable by 15.8%, while the remainder is influenced by other variables outside of this research model.
