Abstract
Rizqi Adita Rifa'i 2025. The Influence of Leadership Style, Organizational Culture and Work Discipline Towards Employee Performance of PT BPR Ekadharma Bhinaraharja Magetan. Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, PGRI Madiun University. Supervisor (I) Dr. Heny Sidanti S.E., M.M., Supervisor (II) Dr. Apriyanti, S.E., M.M., CPSMM The purpose of the research for empirical evidence about the influence of Leadership Style, Organizational Culture and Work Discipline Towards PT BPR Employee Performance Ekadharma Bhinaraharja This research uses a quantitative research method. The population of this study is an employee of PT BPR Ekadharma Bhinaraharja Kantor Magetan Center has 81 employees. This research data collection technique Using Nonprobability sampling technique with sampling method Using Purposive Sampling and obtained a research sample of 81 Sample. The data analysis method of this research uses the SPSS 25 program. Analysis Data carried out using the Classical Assumption Test, Linear Regression Test Multiple, F Test And T Test. The results of this study prove that Style Leadership affects the Performance of PT BPR Ekadharma Employees Bhinaraharja Organizational Culture affects the Work Spirit of Employees PT BPR Ekadharma Bhinaraharja. Work Discipline Affects Spirit PT BPR Ekadharma Bhinaraharja Employee Work.
