The Effect of Activity in Pedagogical Training and Teaching Experience on Innovative Teaching Skills of Teachers in Indonesian Language Lessons at Public Elementary Schools in Cluster 5, Gondang District, Nganjuk Regency. Thesis. Madiun: Master's Program in Indonesian Language and Literature Education, Graduate School, PGRI University Madiun. Advisor (1) Dr V. Teguh Suharto, M.Pd, Advisor (IП) Dr. Kodrat Eko Putro Setiawan, M.Pd Keywords: Active, Pedagogical, Innovative. The objectives of this study are: (1) To determine the effect of activity in pedagogical training on the innovative teaching skills of teachers in Indonesian language lessons at public elementary schools in Cluster 5, Gondang District, Nganjuk Regency; (2). To determine the effect of teaching experience on teachers' innovative teaching skills in Indonesian language lessons at public elementary schools in Cluster 5, Gondang Subdistrict, Nganjuk Regency: (3). To determine the simultaneous effect of active participation in pedagogical training and teaching experience on teachers' innovative teaching skills in Indonesian language lessons at public elementary schools in Cluster 5, Gondang Subdistrict, Nganjuk Regency. The research method used was a quasi-experimental quantitative method. The data obtained was then analyzed using multiple linear regression test techniques. Based on the data analysis, the following results were obtained: (1). Teacher activity in participating in pedagogical training had a positive and significant effect on innovative teaching skills in Indonesian language lessons at public elementary schools in Cluster 5, Gondang District, Nganjuk Regency; (2). Teaching experience significantly influenced innovative teaching skills; and (3). Active participation in pedagogical training and teaching experience simultaneously have a significant positive effect on innovative teaching skills.
