Madiun: master’s program in Indonesian language and literature education, postgraduate school, Madiun PGRI university. Mentor (I) Dr. Panji Kuncoro Hadi, S.S., M.Pd., (II) Dr. Kodrat Eko Putro Setiawan, M.Pd. Keyword : Nisan Annemarie, a descriptive approach, figurative language analysis techniques This research aims to describe the style of language used in the collection of poems Nisan Annemarie by Binhad Nurrohmat and analyze the style of language which contributes to the meaning and message that is to be conveyed by Binhad Nurrohmat in collection of poems ‘Nisan Annemarie’. Researcher using descriptive qualitative research approach in this research because data in this research is sentence or words. From the research conducted, a picture emerged that the collection of poems Nisan Annemarie by Binhad Nurrohmat loads the style of language personifikasi, metafora, simile, paradoks, hiperbola, aliterasi, sinekdoke, alegori, oksimoron, litotes, metonimia, asonansi, periphrasis, sinestesia, sarkasme, eufemisme, inversi, simbolisme, klimaks, asosiasi, anakronisme, and pleonasme. The dominant style of language in the collection of poems Nisan Annemarie by Binhad Nurrohmat is personifikasi.
