Abstract

This study aims to: (1) Describe the application of vlog media in the project-based learning model in teaching the composition of observational report texts for fifth-grade students at SD Negeri Kanor I, Kanor Subdistrict, Bojonegoro Regency; (2) Improve the skills of composing observational report texts for fifth-grade students at SD Negeri Kanor I, Kanor Subdistrict, Bojonegoro Regency through the application of vlog media in the project-based learning model. This research is a Classroom Action Research. The study was conducted from the pre-cycle stage to Cycle II. The results of the study indicate that: (1) The application of vlog media in Project-Based Learning for teaching the composition of observational report texts in fifth grade at SD Negeri Kanor I was carried out systematically, structured, and contextually. Thorough planning, introduction to the steps of using the media, and task distribution within the project enabled students to understand their respective roles and responsibilities; (2) The application of vlog media in Project-Based Learning has been proven to improve the skills of composing observational report texts for fifth-grade students at SD Negeri Kanor I.
