Keywords: Moral Values, Novel, Literary Learning This study aims to describe the form of moral values and the implications of the novel "Totto-chan Little Girl in the Window" by Tetsuko Kuroyanagi on literary learning in elementary schools. The research method is qualitative descriptive. The source of the data is the novel "Totto-chan The Little Girl in the Window" by Tetsuko Kuroyanagi. The data collection technique is listen, read, record. The data validity technique uses the triangulation technique. The type of triangulation technique used in this study is data triangulation. The data analysis technique uses qualitative data analysis paths, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawn. The method of describing the form of moral values is carried out through the instrument of moral value analysis, while the implications of the novel "Totto-chan The Little Girl in the Window" by Tetsuko Kuroyanagi are seen through observation sheets. From the research carried out, the results of the analysis of the form of moral values used by the author (direct and indirect), the form of moral values found in the main characters and the form of moral values in human relationships with God, other human beings and oneself. Implications for Totto-chan's novel The Little Girl in the Window by Tetsuko Kuroyanagi There are several research findings. The findings in this study concern the form of moral values in novels. The findings of the research on the form of moral values are described by the characters and events in the novel quotes provided by the teacher. The task of the students is to analyze the quotations in groups. The form of moral values in the quotation can be used as teaching material or learning media for Indonesian subjects in grade 5 odd semesters with material on intrinsic and extrinsic elements in the novel.
