Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of recruitment, work motivation, and work discipline on employee performance, specifically Z Generations employees in Madiun City. The background to this research is based on the increasing number of layoffs (PHK) of Z Generations employees, who are considered to face challenges in terms of motivation, discipline, and work adaptation. The method used in this study was a quantitative approach, with questionnaires as the primary instrument. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that recruitment, work motivation, and work discipline have a positive and significant effect towards the performance of Z Generations employees in Madiun City. These findings provide important implications for companies in developing human resource management strategies that adapt to the characteristics of Z Generations to improve overall organizational performance.
