Abstract
Socio-demographics are a person's social conditions as seen from their background. The socio-demographic factors used in this study are age, gender, education level, and length of service. This research was conducted at the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) in the Madiun region. The aim of this study was to determine whether age, gender, education level, and length of service influence employee productivity at BPS in the Madiun region. The sample in this study used a saturated sampling technique of 50 employees. The data analysis technique used Multiple Linear Regression Analysis with T-Tests and F-Tests. The results of this study indicate that age, gender, and education level have no significant effect towards employee productivity at BPS in the Madiun region, while length of service has a significant effect towards employee productivity at BPS in the Madiun region.
