Abstract

This study is motivated by the importance of corporate value as a reflection of investors and companies' efforts to protect the environment and maintain managerial efficiency. Factors such as environmental awareness, financing structure, and company size are assumed to influence corporate value. This is a quantitative study using purposive sampling. The sample consists of 49 energy sector companies that meet the criteria, yielding 245 annual observations. The analysis techniques used are multiple linear regression and moderated regression analysis (MRA) with the assistance of SPSS version 24. The results of this study indicate that green accounting has a negative impact on firm value, capital structure has a positive impact on firm value, firm size has a negative impact on firm value, profitability cannot moderate the impact of green accounting on firm value, profitability cannot moderate the impact of capital structure on firm value, and profitability cannot moderate the impact of firm size on firm value.
