Abstract
This study aims to describe the implementation of differentiated learning at Dharma Wanita Patik Kindergarten, Pulung District, Ponorogo Regency. Speaking ability is an important aspect in early childhood development, but each child has unique learning needs and speed. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method. The results of the study show three main findings. (1) Teachers successfully developed a mature and complete learning plan in the form of differentiated teaching modules that accommodate the diversity of students. (2) The process of implementing learning in the classroom ran smoothly, through three stages of learning, namely opening, core and closing activities. The implementation of learning through three types of differentiation approaches, namely content differentiation, process differentiation and product differentiation so that the learning needs of each child can be met and have a positive impact on improving their speaking abilities. (3) In its implementation, several shortcomings were found, however, the advantages and benefits obtained, such as increased participation and self-confidence of children proved to be much more significant. It was concluded that the implementation of differentiated learning is an effective and beneficial strategy for optimizing children's speaking abilities at the kindergarten level.
