Abstract
ABSTRACT Maysarotul Margianti. 2025. Management of Lesson Plan Implementation at TK ABA 18 Madiun City. Proposal Seminar. Early Childhood Teacher Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, PGRI Madiun University. Advisors: (I) Dr. Alisa Alfina, M.Pd., (II) Hermawati Dwi Susari, S.Psi., M.Pd. The purpose of this study is to determine how the management of lesson plan preparation is carried out at TK ABA 18 Madiun City. This research employed a qualitative descriptive case study method. The use of this qualitative descriptive approach aims to obtain accurate data or information from the informants, which is then presented in a narrative form to describe in accordance with the objectives of this proposal. The primary data sources in this study are the principal and classroom teachers, while secondary data were obtained through observation and documentation. Data collection techniques include interviews, observation, and documentation. The validity of the data in this study was ensured through data triangulation. The results of this research indicate that the management of lesson plan preparation at TK ABA 18 Madiun City has been carried out effectively and reflects the implementation of interrelated management functions. This process demonstrates collaboration, leadership, and responsive adaptation to the dynamics of early childhood learning. Keywords: management, lesson plan, learning, early childhood education
