Abstract
In the subject of economics the individualized learning approach implemented in grades 11-4 impacts student learning outcomes. On the other hand, students in class XI-4 are generally active, highly curious, and enjoy interacting. The implementation of the Team Games Tournament (TGT) learning model through Educaplay can channel student engagement in class. This is because TGT is a group learning model that incorporates tournaments, thus encouraging interaction between students. Furthermore, combining it with Educaplay, a new learning model for students that offers a variety of game options, can increase student engagement in learning. This study aims to determine the application of the TGT learning model through Educaplay in improving economics learning outcomes among grades 11-4 students at SMAN 2 Mejayan, specifically on the topic of business entities in the Indonesian economy. This study is a classroom action research (CAR) with a qualitative approach. The performance indicator for this study was set at 80% of the total students achieving a score of >70, based on the School Learning Objectives Achievement Criteria (KKTP) of 71. Data were collected using tests and observation sheets. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the Team Games Tournament (TGT) learning model through Educaplay media at SMAN 2 Mejayan is effective in improving students' economics learning outcomes. This improvement is evident from the post-test results in cycles I and II, which show an increase in the number of students who completed the course. In Cycle I, 77.14% (27 students) were declared completed, and increased to 94.29% (33 students) in Cycle II.
