Abstract
The learning used by teachers still uses lecture and question and answer methods when delivering material in class, so that learning is centered on the teacher. Students become less active in learning, activity in ongoing learning is also still low, this causes poor student learning outcomes, in addition to the use of learning media is also still lacking. This study aims to determine the effect of the constructivist learning model assisted by flashcard media on elementary school students' learning achievement. The type of research used is quantitative research with experimental methods. The design in this study uses Posttest Only control Design. The research sample was 30 students of Grade V SDN Banjarsari 02 and SDN Sumberejo 02. For this sampling using cluster random sampling. Data collection techniques in this study were through tests and documentation. The instruments used were validity tests and reliability tests. The validity test used product moments correlation and the reliability test used alpha test. Data analysis used prerequisite tests (normality test and homogeneity test) and hypotheses tests. Based on the results of the study, t count ˃ from t table or 0.678 ˃ 0.444, so H1 was accepted. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of the constructivist learning model assisted by meflashcard media has an effect on elementary school students' learning achievement.
