Abstract

Bengkel Dika Motor still manages its service records, customer data, and spare-part inventory manually, making it prone to recording errors, stock discrepancies, and delayed reporting. This research aims to design and develop a website-based Management Information System that manages service, spare-part, and financial data in an integrated manner. The system was developed using the Waterfall method with the PHP programming language, the Laravel framework, and a MySQL database, and provides features for master data, service transactions, a Point of Sale (POS) system, stock management, and financial reports. Black Box Testing showed that all features ran validly without errors, while System Usability Scale (SUS) testing involving 29 respondents obtained a score of 79.1 (grade A-, Excellent category). Thus, the system is proven capable of replacing manual recording and improving the effectiveness, efficiency, and accuracy of data management at Bengkel Dika Motor.
