Kata kunci: berbicara dan student facilitator and explaining learning model Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan (1) student facilitator and explaining learning model siswa dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara siswa Kelas III MIN 8 Ngawi dan (2) hasil belajar siswa kelas III MIN 8 Ngawi dalam pembelajaran bicara menggunakan student facilitator and explaining learning model. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian tindakan kelas dengan dua siklus penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini adalah (1) penggunaan Student Facilitator And Explaining Learning Model siswa dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara siswa kelas III MIN 8 Ngawi mengalami peningkatan baik dalam tahap perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan proses pelaksanaan pembelajaran siklus II lebih efektif dan memuaskan dengan hasil yang maksimal. Siswa lebih antusias dan termotivasi untuk aktif dalam mengikuti pembelajaran, dan siswa mulai memiliki keberanian dan percaya diri untuk berbicara dalam mengungkapkan pendapatnya, dan (2) hasil belajar siswa kelas III MIN 8 Ngawi dalam pembelajaran berbicara menggunakan student facilitator and explaining learning model mengalami peningkatan. Rata-rata nilai siswa secara keseluruhan pada siklus I sebesar 70,3 sedangkan nilai pada siklus II sebesar 87,76 dengan persentase peningkatan 17,46%. semua aspek penilaian tergolong sedang pada siklus I dan meningkat ke kategori sangat tinggi pada siklus II. Keywords: speaking and student facilitator and explaining learning model This study aims to describe (1) student facilitator and explaining learning model students can improve the speaking skills of class III students of MIN 8 Ngawi and (2) the learning outcomes of class III students of MIN 8 Ngawi in speaking learning using student facilitator and explaining learning model. This study is a classroom action research with two research cycles. The results of this study are (1) the use of Student Facilitator And Explaining Learning Model students can improve the speaking skills of class III students of MIN 8 Ngawi experienced an increase in both the planning, implementation, and evaluation stages. This is evidenced by the implementation process of learning cycle II is more effective and satisfying with maximum results. Students are more enthusiastic and motivated to be active in participating in learning, and students begin to have the courage and confidence to speak in expressing their opinions, and (2) the learning outcomes of class III students of MIN 8 Ngawi in speaking learning using student facilitator and explaining learning model experienced an increase. The average overall student score in cycle I was 70.3 while the score in cycle II was 87.76 with a percentage increase of 17.46%. All assessment aspects were classified as moderate in cycle I and increased to the very high category in cycle II.
