Aprilia Wulansari. 2026. The Influence of Career Planning, Self-Efficacy, and Adversity Quotient on the Work Readiness of Fresh Graduates in Madiun City. Undergraduate Thesis. Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas PGRI Madiun. Supervisor (I) Dr. Liliek Nur Sulistiyowati, S.E., M.M. Supervisor (II) Robby Sandhi Dessyarti, S.E., M.M. This study aims to examine the influence of career planning, self-efficacy, and adversity quotient on the work readiness of fresh graduates in Madiun City. This study employed a quantitative approach using a survey method. The study involved 160 respondents selected through purposive sampling. Data were collected using questionnaires distributed via Google Forms and analyzed using Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) Version 25. The results of the study indicate that: (1) career planning has a positive and significant effect on the work readiness of fresh graduates in Madiun City; (2) self-efficacy has a positive and significant effect on the work readiness of fresh graduates in Madiun City; and (3) adversity quotient has a positive and significant effect on the work readiness of fresh graduates in Madiun City.
