Abstract
Ethnomathematics-based learning media to improve computational thinking of junior high school students is still very lacking. This research aims to develop learning media to improve students' computational thinking by utilizing ethnomathematical principles. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method with the ADDIE model with a focus on the design and application of ethnomathematics-based learning media. The validation score of the developed media reached 86% which showed a high level of validity, while the student response questionnaire produced a validation score of 88.89%. The analysis of the effectiveness of ethnofun learning media also obtained a score of 86.25%. The results of the study show that ethnomathematics-based learning media is effective in improving computational thinking skills in junior high school students. The high value of validation and practicality shows that the media developed, Ethnofun, is a feasible learning medium to improve the understanding of space building materials and foster computational thinking skills in students.
