Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of financial literacy, financial inclusion, income and risk perception on Capital Market investment decisions in the sandwich generation, especially generations Y and Z. The research uses quantitative methods and uses a survey approach on respondents aged 20-40 years in the Madiun area. Respondent data was collected using a questionnaire and then analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of the research are that financial inclusion (X2), income (X3), and risk perception (X4) influence capital market investment decisions (Y) in the sandwich generation, especially generation Y and generation Z in the Madiun area. Financial literacy (X1) does not influence capital market investment decisions (Y) in the sandwich generation, especially generation Y and generation Z in the Madiun area. Simultaneously, financial literacy (X1), financial inclusion (X2), income (X3) and risk perception (X4) influence simultaneously with a large contribution to capital market investment decisions (Y) in the sandwich generation, especially generation Y and generation Z in the region. Madiun. This research highlights the relationship between financial literacy, financial inclusion, income and risk perception to support quality investment decision making, especially for the sandwich generation who face multiple financial responsibilities.
