Kemajuan teknologi dalam sistem pembayaran menggeser peran uang tunai menjadi non tunai yang lebih efisien dan ekonomis. Munculah inovasi baru, semacam metode bertransaksi yang berganti dari masa ke masa. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk Untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis manfaat, kemudahan, dan keamanan aplikasi Quick response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) terhadap keputusan penggunaan pada masyarakat di Kota Madiun. Metode dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini pengguan aplikasi QRIS di Kota Madiun. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Teknik purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 385 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner. Penelitian ini menggunakan data primer untuk dianalisis. Sedangkan analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Secara parsial variabel kemudahan (X1) memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan penggunaan QRIS (Studi kasus pada masyarakat pengguna QRIS di Kota Madiun). 2) Secara parsial variabel manfaat (X2) memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan penggunaan QRIS (Studi kasus pada masyarakat pengguna QRIS di Kota Madiun). 3) Secara parsial variabel keamanan (X3) memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan penggunaan QRIS (Studi kasus pada masyarakat pengguna QRIS di Kota Madiun). Technological advances in the payment system have shifted the role of cash to non-cash which is more efficient and economical. New innovations have emerged, such as transaction methods that change from time to time. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the benefits, convenience, and security of the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS) application on the decision to use it in the community in Madiun City. The method in this study is quantitative research. The population in this study were QRIS application users in Madiun City. The sampling technique used the purposive sampling technique, with a sample size of 385 respondents. The data collection technique used a questionnaire. This study uses primary data for analysis. While data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that: 1) Partially, the convenience variable (X1) has a positive and significant influence on the decision to use QRIS (Case study on QRIS users in Madiun City). 2) Partially, the benefit variable (X2) has a positive and significant influence on the decision to use QRIS (Case study on QRIS users in Madiun City). 3) Partially, the security variable (X3) has a positive and significant influence on the decision to use QRIS (Case study on QRIS users in Madiun City).
