Abstract

Parental involvement is one of the determinants of the success of school programs in Early Childhood Education . The Guardians' Association is a forum for establishing cooperation between parents and schools in Early Childhood Education, for this reason it is important to maintain the parents' association. This research aims to find out more about the management of Early Childhood Education student guardian associations. The research uses qualitative survey research methods. Researchers use primary and secondary data sources, primary data sources are school principals and secondary data sources are literature and documents to support research. This research was conducted at Cendekia Kids School (CKS) Madiun. The results of the analysis of the management of the Early Childhood Edycatucation student guardian association at CKS found that there were more strengths than weaknesses, the association's planning and programs produced a new program, namely Friday Blessings, there was a structure for the association's management, implementation was running effectively with the help of the association. There is no strict supervision because it is collaborative and the evaluation is relaxed with light discussions.
