Abstract

SMA Negeri 4 Madiun is a senior high school in the city of Madiun which is located on Jalan Serayu No. 80, Pandean, Taman District, Madiun City, East Java Province. This school has used several information systems and technologies such as the school profile website, digital library, Learning Management System (LMS). This research began with an interview process with the principal of SMA Negeri 4 Madiun to find out the problems that existed there, and from the results of the interview the school wanted all units to be integrated into one digitalization system, but the school did not yet have a business process map for each unit. Based on this, the researcher started the research by conducting a business process analysis to create a business process map, determining what processes had not been digitized, then creating a system design for the process, and the result was a system prototype. Researchers found a process that has not been digitized, namely the guest reception process, and for this reason the researchers will create a website-based guest book prototype with the aim of making it easier for schools to find out guest data and their needs in the hope that this data can be used as a basis for improving the quality of school services. This research uses qualitative methods, data collection, prototype design. The results of the research can increase the efficiency of guest data management, facilitate access to information for the school and visitors, and improve the quality of service at SMA Negeri 4 Madiun.
