This study aims to determine the influence of knowledge, self-perception and motivation factors on medication adherence in pulmonary TB patients in Ngawi Regency in 2024. This research uses an analytical observational design with a cross-sectional approach. The research sample consisted of pulmonary TB patients who were undergoing treatment in Ngawi Regency. Data was collected through interviews using a structured questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out using SPSS software, with the Chi-Square method to evaluate the relationship between the variables of knowledge, self-perception, motivation and medication adherence.
