Abstract

This research is motivated by whether students have good science literacy skills in the present. The purpose of this study was to determine whether there is an effect of the Problem Based Learning learning model assisted by mind mapping media on students' science literacy skills at SDN se-Nambangan Lor Madiun City. This research uses quantitative methods by using the type of quasi-experimental research and using a pre-test post-test control group design. The research was conducted at SDN 01 Nambangan Lor. Data was collected by taking the value of the first semester IPAS UAS scores and post-test scores. after the data was collected, the data was tested for normality, homogeneity, balance, and hypothesis. In this study, the hypothesis shows a p-value (sig.) of 0.000, so there is an effect of the PBL learning model assisted by Mind Mapping media on science literacy skills in IPAS Class V SDN Se-Nambangan Lor Madiun City.
