Abstract
The learning tools commonly used at SMP Negeri 1 Karangrejo are not very diverse, so students easily get bored and have difficulty understanding the material being studied. The learning outcomes of students at SMP Negeri 1 Karangrejo, especially in the field of statistics, are still at a relatively low level. This research aims to develop Student Worksheets (LKPD) which make learning more effective. In order to stimulate students' thinking in learning, it is necessary to develop Student Worksheets (LKPD) based on scaffolding strategies with a series of instructions, providing support, and providing assistance to students in understanding the concepts in the material. The type of research used by researchers is research and development using the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) development research model. The research results were proven to be "valid" with a combined percentage of 89% coming from validation by material experts and media experts. "Practical" with student response questionnaire results of 84% from limited trials, and 86% from field trial results, and "Quite effective" with limited trial results of 60% and field trial results 62%. So it can be concluded that this Student Worksheet (LKPD) is valid, practical and suitable for use in learning, especially in statistics material, and after being tested it meets the quite effective category.
