Abstract

This research aims to provide empirical evidence on the effect of Work Hour Flexibility, Compensation, and Coworker Support on Job Satisfaction (A Case Study of Gojek Drivers in Madiun). This research is a quantitative study with a sample size of 75 respondents. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires. The data collection technique used non-probability sampling with snowball sampling method. The data analysis method in this study used SPSS 25 program. The results of this study prove that 1) Work hour flexibility has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of Gojek drivers in Madiun. 2) Compensation has a positive but insignificant effect on job satisfaction of Gojek drivers in Madiun. 3) Coworker support has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction of Gojek drivers in Madiun.
