Abstract

The Influence of Financial Performance, Debt Policy, and Institutional Ownership towards Share Prices (Study of Food and Beverage Companies Listed on the IDX for the 2018-2022 Period). This research aimed to find out whether there is an influence of Financial Performance, Debt Policy, and Institutional Ownership towards Share Prices (Study of Food and Beverage Companies Listed on the IDX for the 2018-2022 Period). The research sample was 145. The research method used was a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 25 program. The results of this research are: Net Profit Margin (NPM) has a positive and significant effect towards stock prices. Return On Equity (ROE) has a positive and significant effect towards share prices. Return On Assets (ROA) has a positive and significant effect towards share prices. Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) has a negative and significant effect towards stock prices, and Institutional Ownership has a negative and significant effect towards stock prices.
