Abstract
ABSTRACT Pipit Erika Setyaningsih, The Influence of Product Quality and Service Quality on Repurchase Intentions, Consumer Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable. Thesis. Management, Economics and Business Study Program, Faculty of PGRI Madiun. Supervisor (I) Dr. Rizal Ula Ananta Fauzi, S.E, M.M., Supervisor (II) Robby Sandhi Dessyarti S.E, M.M., This study aimed to provide empirical data on each variable, the influence of product quality, service quality towards repurchase intention by consumer satisfaction as an intervening variable at the Waroeng Semilir in Ngawi City. This study was a quantitative with a sample of 385 respondents. Data collection using a questionnaire distributed via google form. The data analysis technique used a test tool in the form of SmartPLS3.0 software. The results of this study indicate: 1) Product Quality does not affect repurchase intention, 2) Service quality affects repurchase intention, 3) product quality affects consumer satisfaction, 4) Service quality affects consumer satisfaction, 5) Consumer satisfaction affects repurchase intention, 6) consumer satisfaction can mediate the relationship between product quality and repurchase intention, 7) Consumer satisfaction can mediate the relationship between service quality and repurchase intention at the Waroeng Semilir.
