Abstract

This research aimed to determine whether there is an influence of financial performance (ROA, ROE, CR), capital structure (DER) and company size towards profit growth. The research sample was 276 Property and Real Estate companies listed on the IDX in 2019-2022 using a purposive sampling technique. The research method used was a quantitative approach using multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS version 22 program. The results of this research are: partially (ROA) has no effect towards Profit Growth, (ROE) has no significant effect towards Profit Growth, (CR) has no significant effect towards Profit Growth, (DER) has no significant effect towards Profit Growth, Company Size has no effect towards Profit Growth.
