Abstract

The Effect of Face Recognition Attendance Implementation and Work Motivation towards Civil Servants of the Ngawi Regency Education and Culture Office. This study aimed to provide empirical evidence regarding the effect of Face Recognition Attendance and Work Motivation towards Work Discipline of Civil Servants of the Ngawi Regency Education and Culture Office. The data source used was primary data. Data obtained from data collection using a questionnaire with a sample of 76 respondents. The research method used was a quantitative approach using SPSS version 21. The results of this study are: Face Recognition Attendance has a positive and significant effect towards Work Discipline of Civil Servants of the Ngawi Regency Education and Culture Office. Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect towards Work Discipline. Keywords: Face Recognition Attendance, Work Motivation, Work Discipline.
