Abstract

Organizational Commitment is important for the company, so the company must pay attention to the factors that influence organizational commitment. The purpose of the study is to provide empirical evidence both partially and simultaneously between the influence of job satisfaction, work environment and organizational commitment on employees of CV. Inti Karya Sejahtera in Madiun City. The data source used is primary data, data obtained from data collection using a questionnaire with a sample of 139 respondents. The research method used is a quantitative approach using IBM SPSS Version 21 software. The results of this study are job satisfaction does not affect organizational commitment, the work environment has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, emotional intelligence has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, job satisfaction, work environment and emotional intelligence have a positive and significant effect simultaneously on organizational commitment.
