Abstract

This study aimed to provide empirical evidence on each variable, the influence of communication and teamwork towards nurse performance at RSAU dr. Efram Harsana Lanud Iswahjudi Magetan. This study used a quantitative method with a sample size of 145 respondents. The sampling technique used non-probability sampling and the sampling method used saturated sampling or census. Data collection used a questionnaire with direct distribution. The data analysis technique used SPSS version 25. The results of this study indicate: 1) communication has a positive and significant effect towards nurse performance, 2) teamwork has a positive and significant effect towards nurse performance, 3) communication and teamwork have a positive and significant effect towards nurse performance at RSAU dr. Efram Harsana Lanud Iswahjudi Magetan.
